  • What should I do if my treatment system alarm is going off?

    To turn the alarm off, push the red button or switch on the alarm box. Once this is complete, please advise us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours on 02 6649 1992 so we can diagnose and fix the issue.

  • What should I do if my tap won’t turn off?

    Turn your supply off at the water meter. If you are on tank water, turn the water pump off. Once you've resolved the immediate threat, give us a call on 02 6649 1992 so we can come out & fix the issue.

  • I have no hot water. What should I do?

    Turn your supply off at the water meter. If you are on tank water, turn the water pump off. Give us a call on on 02 6649 1992.


    1. Electrical system: Check power supply at the circuit board. Ensure tank is not leaking. If the tank is leaking, turn off the power supply to the tank and turn off the water supply at the tank. Contact us.
    2. Gas system: Check your gas supply. If you have enough gas, then contact us.
    3. Solar system: Contact us.
  • I smell a gas leak, what should I do?

    Turn the gas supply off at the cylinder immediately and contact us 02 6649 1992.
